The great majority of our orders are arriving on time and with in the estimated arrival date that you select during the checkout page, if your order has not arrived on schedule please can we ask that you wait an additional 24 hours before contacting us. The best way way to make contact is by sending us a message or email and include your full name, address and order number, our phone lines are often very busy and it is taking longer than usual to answer. We are currently upgrading all orders to faster delivery services free of charge to alleviate issues that some couriers and delivery partners are experiencing, in addition to this we are also upgrading our email customer service system and our phone system to help answer faster and more efficiently.

We are constantly monitoring the COVID-19 emergency situation and have noticed some of the parcels we have dispatched to be delayed by one to three days this is because of the large volume of post passing through our main courier Royal Mail, the volume of parcels being processed by Royal Mail are unprecedented and it has already far exceed Christmas posting levels. We are upgrading all parcels free of charge to faster delivery services where possible for all of our customers, if your parcel has not arrived with in the estimated arrival date that you selected on the checkout please can we ask that you wait an additional 48 hours before contacting us, we have found that the majority of parcels are arriving with in the original estimate or within 48 hours of the last estimated arrival date. We currently have reduced staffing levels but are monitoring and replying to any enquiry as quickly as possible, please can we ask that you use our email contact form for any questions about your order and delivery as our phone lines are often very busy due to high number of calls. All emails and messages are being monitored and replied to seven days a week and we will respond to your question or issue as quickly as possible.

If you have recently placed an order with us rest assured it will be normally dispatched to you with in one working day, however please note over the past 7 to 10 days we have had a small percentage of parcels delayed due to the COVID-19 emergency, our main courier Royal Mail does have some parcels in backlogs and have already reopened additional warehouses and sorting hubs that are normally reserved only for Christmas. New orders and Parcels dispatched this week are arriving more quickly than items that were sent around the time of the Easter Bank holiday weekend, if you do have any concern about your order please do not hesitate to contact us by email and we will update you as soon as possible we will do our best to update you as quickly as possible.

Yes, Table Protector Direct continues to serve customers during this time our staff are working round the clock to ensure we meet our customers needs.
We are doing our best to dispatch items as quickly as possible and you can view estimated arrival dates on the checkout page before placing your order, we are working with our delivery partners to ensure items arrive with you when expected, however it is possible that we may have some orders that do not arrive as quickly as we would like but would ask for your patience and understanding during this difficult time, if you require an update for an order that you have placed please send us a message using our contact us form and we will get back to you as quickly as possible with an update of its current status.
We now offer a range of delivery services:
Most orders are dispatched with in 24 hours and are sent with a delivery service that will require a signature on receipt, if no one is at the delivery address when our courier attempts delivery they will leave a card please contact them to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.
If you select super saver delivery your order will normally be sent neatly folded, any creases should drop out once unfolded in a warm room alternatively you can iron on the reverse on a low heat setting, if you require your item to be rolled please select the rolled delivery option at checkout. Express delivery may be sent folded or rolled we will choose the delivery service that will get your item to you in the quickest time.
Many of the goods we sell such as cut to size tablecloths and table protectors are non returnable under the consumer contract regulations as they are custom made / cut to order but we do fully comply with the consumer contract regulations and full details of our return policy can be found in our Terms & Conditions if you are concerned about colour/quality/design please order a sample before placing your order.
Items sent to Europe should arrive with in 7-10 working days, outside of europe please allow up to 31 days.
