Order Changes & Corrections
Because we sell bespoke and cut to order items (such as table protectors and tablecloths), many orders are printed and moved into production almost immediately after payment is completed. We often have team members processing orders throughout the day, so changes can become impossible very quickly.
We will always do our best to help if you have made a mistake, for example an incorrect delivery address, the wrong size, or the wrong colour or design. However, we cannot guarantee that any change can be made. Sending a message to request a change does not automatically mean the change is possible, especially once an order has been printed, cut, or started in production.
If you need to request a change

Do not call us. Order changes must be requested in writing so our team can quickly verify the details.

Exactly what needs changing (address, size, colour, design)

If your order has already been processed, or a member of our team confirms it is too late, then unfortunately we will not be able to make any changes.
