Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours and are sent with a delivery service that will require a signature on receipt, if no one is at the delivery address when our courier attempts delivery they will leave a card please contact them to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. 

Some specialised or bespoke-made items require a short manufacturing time before dispatch. This production time is in addition to the delivery time shown at checkout and will depend on the manufacturing option you select when ordering (Standard or Fast).


If you select no rush, standard, or snail speed delivery your order will normally be sent neatly folded, any creases should drop out once unfolded in a warm room alternatively,  you can iron on the reverse on a low heat setting. If you require your item to be rolled please select the 'rolled' delivery option at checkout. Express delivery may be sent folded or rolled we will choose the delivery service that will get your item to you in the quickest time.

Please note that deliveries to remote locations may take an additional 2 to 3 working days on top of our standard delivery times. Remote location examples, but are not limited to, the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Jersey and Guernsey. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may be extended for these areas due to carrier routing and service availability.

Returns

We always do our best to make sure you are happy with your order. Please note that all of our tablecloths and table protectors are cut to order, custom made, and bespoke. The size options shown on our product pages are for convenience only and do not represent pre made stock sizes. As a result, all bespoke or custom cut items are non returnable unless they are faulty or not as described.

Please be aware that claims such as colour variation, brightness, dullness, pattern size too large or too small, surface finish too shiny or too matt, not laying completely flat, not being happy with the quality, or the colour not matching your existing décor do not qualify as an item being “misdescribed.” PVC tablecloths do not always lay completely flat and this is a normal characteristic of PVC materials. The way a tablecloth settles can vary between designs and finishes and does not indicate a fault with the product. It is also normal and expected that a brand new PVC item may have a slight PVC or plastic scent when first opened, particularly after being sealed for delivery, and a small number of people may notice this more than others. This is a natural characteristic of PVC materials and will fade once the item is unpacked, aired and put into use. These are matters of personal preference and are not valid grounds for return. Clear PVC table protectors may show air bubbles or contact patches on a very limited number of surfaces, particularly high gloss, very smooth glass or very smooth table tops. This is a normal interaction between materials and not a fault. These visual effects do not affect the performance of the protector and are not considered a misdescribed item or valid reason for return. A genuine case of an item being misdescribed would be, for example, if you ordered one pattern and received a completely different one, or if you ordered red and the item arrived in blue.

Items that are not custom made and are generally returnable include full 20 metre rolls of PVC tablecloth or table protector, which we accept back in line with the Consumer Contract Regulations.

Understanding Delivery Times
We will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Any delivery dates shown at checkout or elsewhere on our website are estimates only and are provided by our delivery partners. While the vast majority of orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays can happen once an order has been dispatched. An order arriving later than the estimated delivery date does not give the right to cancel or return, particularly for bespoke, made to order, or cut to size items.
